Rights and Resources Handbook is one of our most requested resources is the Rights and Resources Handbook. This guide was created for young woman who are pregnant and/or parenting while in foster care, who have made the decision to raise their child. The handbook covers the placement and custody rights of young mothers in foster care. You can also find state-by-state information here.
