Holly Weems

Director of Resource Development

Holly Weems has over 12 years of professional experience in development, project management, community outreach, grant management, resource development and accounting in both the non-profit and private sectors. She joined The National Crittenton Foundation in 2011.

Previously, she served as the Portland Schools Foundation’s Manager of Partner Programs and Development by providing stewardship, administrative and operational support. There she managed and awarded nearly $900,000 in funding to school-based and community-based organizations in the City of Portland. She also played a significant role in managing annual fundraising and cultivation events. In Working for Oregon Ballet Theatre, Holly honed her event management skills and worked to cultivate donors and provide stewardship of their gifts. As a member of a consulting team at Metropolitan Group, Holly addressed complex organizational development, internal communication and marketing matters with organizations such as:Washington State Library, Multnomah County, The Enterprise Foundation, Southwest Washington Humane Society and Woodrow Wilson Institute.

Holly is a mother of three and considers herself to have once been a young mother living @ the margin of the American dream. It is because of this she brings an unique perspective and passion to her work at The National Crittenton Foundation.
