Heidi Hancock
Director of Operations
Heidi Hancock is a magnet towards the development of change. She loves people, and has always been drawn to work surrounding the betterment of the individual as well as the collective spirit. As Director of Operations for The National Crittenton Foundation she is able to marry the two as she provides organizational support, strengthening the structure that provides empowerment to the lives of girls, young women and their families.
Heidi has worked in marketing and public relations since 1997, having managed all aspects of organizational development and communication including office management, administrative assistance, design assistance, editing, traffic management and technical support.
Prior to joining TNCF, Heidi worked for Marketing Drive San Francisco, a brand marketing company specializing in consumer promotional advertising as a traffic manager and design assistant working with such clients as Palm, Wells Fargo, Visa and Intuit. At Metropolitan Group, a social change agency focused on resource development, multicultural communication, organizational development and strategic communication, she was office manager and provided design assistance on clients including American Red Cross, Multnomah County Libraries and the Oregon Council for Hispanic Advancement.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Oregon.
