Jessie Domingo-Salu, Director of Programs and Communication
Jessie Domingo-Salu has over 12 years of professional experience in communications, community outreach, media relations, resource development and direct service. She has worked with public agencies and nonprofits to determine and reach their strategic and capacity building goals. Jessie has played a significant role in conducting organizational assessments, ranging from communication audits, executive interviews to facilitating focus groups that frame the development of strategic plans, communication plans and resource development plans. Heidi Hancock, Director of Operations
Heidi Hancock is a magnet towards the development of change. She loves people, and has always been drawn to work surrounding the betterment of the individual as well as the collective spirit. As Director of Operations for The National Crittenton Foundation she is able to marry the two as she provides organizational support, strengthening the structure that provides empowerment to the lives of girls, young women and their families. She and her business partner, Jennifer Miller, are the founders and principals of ChildFocus®, a national policy consulting firm.
