Our Team

We are fortunate to have a team of dedicated, bright and fun people and organizations to work with as we strive to help girls living @ The Margin of the American Dream. Our board of trustees is made up of leaders from the public, private and non-profit sectors. Our staff brings expertise on issues impacting girls and young women and strong skills in program planning, marketing and communication. We augment our team with outside experts in research, policy and communications. Our partners bring complementary resources to the table to make our collective voices stronger. Most important is our family of agencies. Since its beginning almost 125 years ago until today the Crittenton family of agencies has shared with each other and the Foundation a common history, belief in the power of collaboration, and an enduring drive to ensure that girls and young women have the support and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.
